Do I need any prior baking experience to join your sourdough bread classes?

Not at all! Our classes cater to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned bakers. Our instructors will guide you through each step of the process.​

What will I need to bring for the class?

 Please bring a pen and paper to take notes, wear enclosed shoes for safety, and don't forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. 

What kind of sourdough recipes will be covered in the class?

Our classes cover a variety of sourdough recipes, including classic loaves, specialty breads, and unique variations. The specific recipes may vary by class

Are your sourdough bread classes suitable for those with dietary restrictions?

We strive to accommodate various dietary needs. Please inform us of any specific restrictions or allergies during the registration process, and we'll do our best to ensure there is something suitable for everyone.

Can I book a private sourdough bread class for a group?

Yes, we offer private classes for groups. Contact us directly to discuss your requirements and to schedule a private session.

What is your cancellation policy for sourdough bread classes?

Cancellations are refunded 100% if made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop. 50% is refunded if cancelled at least 7 days before. No refunds will be made less than 7 days of scheduled class. Our policies are designed to ensure the smooth operation of our services, and unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to the stated timeframe for refunds. We recognize that unexpected situations can arise, and we empathize with your circumstances.
